Heidelberg Distributing Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick customer orders, load pallets, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. This full-time role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with performance incentives that can raise earnings. Benefits begin after 90 days, including medical and dental coverage and 401(k) contributions; opportunities for advancement are highlighted

Qualifications

• Safely operate forklifts and walkie power jacks.
• Be detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Display a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work hours as needed.
• Pass a drug screen, physical and background check.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs repeatedly and up to 165 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Accurately pick customer orders using Easy-Pick order processing technology.
• Safely load pallets and product onto delivery trucks.
• Receive, organize, and stock warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment per safety standards.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently and as part of a team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
