Job summary

Monroe Freightliner is hiring an Order Picker/Warehouse Associate to track inventory, pull orders, and pick parts in Monroe, MI. You will work with the Parts Department to receive inventory, store materials, and fulfil orders to support business needs and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, processing stock, packing and shipping, and maintaining safety and organization in the warehouse. Prior warehouse experience is preferred with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse/distribution experience.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and procedures.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counts.
• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage.
• Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders, and manage inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in organization and optimization of warehouse space.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and deliveries.
• Assist in training new warehouse employees.
