Job summary

Kids for the Future is hiring an Order Puller to support warehouse operations in Charlotte, NC. The role involves reading work orders, pulling items, packing shipments, and using basic warehouse equipment to move goods.

You will keep inventory records accurate and assist with stock organization while delivering dependable service to customers and internal teams. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience, with basic math and computer skills to enter

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years related experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand English and follow written instructions.
Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.

Responsibilities

Read work orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Convey materials from receiving/production to storage or other designated areas.
Sort and place products on racks, shelves, or bins per sequence.
Pack and prepare products for shipping; wrap freight line shipments as needed.
Operate pallet jack or forklift to move materials when required.
Record quantities and updates using computer/scanner systems.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization.
Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
