WAREHOUSE ORDER PICKER

$20.50/HR | 4-DAY WORKWEEK | 4-6 AM START | OVERTIME AVAILABLE

Looking for steady, full-time warehouse work where you can stay active and earn overtime?

E.A. Sween is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers in Denver, CO. This is a fast-paced, physically active role focused primarily on picking fresh food products accurately and efficiently.

Approximately 85% or more of your shift will be spent picking orders using voice-pick technology and scanners. You will work in both refrigerated and dry warehouse areas, walk throughout long shifts, and help ensure customer orders are accurate and ready on time.

No warehouse experience required. We provide training and welcome dependable candidates from retail, grocery, stocking, restaurants, production, construction, landscaping, and other active work environments.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $20.50 per hour
• 4-day workweek
• 4-6 AM start time until work is complete
• Typical shifts run 10-12 hours
• Overtime is common and available
• Weekends and holidays required based on assigned schedule
• Three days off each week

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pick customer orders accurately using voice-pick technology and scanners
• Place products correctly in totes and minimize damage
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
• Verify products, pricing, and date codes
• Take and record inbound product temperatures as assigned
• Move product using carts, dollies, and other approved equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow food safety and temperature-control requirements
• Complete required safety and job training
• Adapt to changing workflows, technology, and operational priorities

WHAT YOU NEED

• No warehouse experience required
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to stay active for 10-12 hour shifts
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
• Ability to meet productivity expectations
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and speak basic English
• Comfortable learning scanners, voice-pick systems, and new processes
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on assigned schedule

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 250 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
• Work in refrigerated and dry areas ranging from approximately 35°F to 75°F
