Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Order Picker to join their dynamic team in Warsaw, IN! Read on to learn more on how to apply today!

Pay: Up to $15.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Pick and stage Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) customer orders using pick lists and scanners


• Verify product numbers, quantities, and shipping information accurately


• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse tools


• Securely pack and label orders for shipment


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace


• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures


• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or logistics experience preferred


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods


• Basic math and computer skills


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Forklift or material handling experience is a plus


• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are a must
