Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking experienced Warehouse Order Selectors for the Hickory, NC facility. The role involves standing, walking, and actively selecting orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers a 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM–1:00 AM with potential extensions), a 4-day work week, weekly pay, and a path for advancement within a national logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• Previous warehouse order selecting experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and safety-focused.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Select and build customer orders throughout the warehouse.
• Operate equipment including pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts as needed.
• Use VoCollect systems, RF scanners, and pick tickets to select products.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while following safety procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Select and build customer orders throughout the warehouse

  • Single and double electric pallet jacks
  • Reach trucks
  • Forklifts (as required)
• Use VoCollect systems, RF scanners, and pick tickets to accurately select products
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

• Ability to safely perform the physical demands of warehouse work
