Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network is hiring for a first-shift warehouse associate in Bridgeton, MO. You will work on-site in a fast-paced distribution environment, handling inbound receiving, order picking, and shipping to clients. Training is provided and weekly pay is available, with regular performance-based raises.

You will report to the Operations Manager and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. DailyPay access is offered, and benefits start soon after you join.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with picking/packing in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select products for customer orders in the commissary workflow.
• Manage inventory through counting and adjustments.
• Use WMS and scanning devices to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace; support team needs.

About This Position

***Weekly production and attendance bonus of $125***

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

This is a first shift position with standard, regular hours and no weekend schedules; the shift will be: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm OR Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm (depending on which department).

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
