Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring a Warehouse Order Filler in Marion, IL. This full-time role involves assembling pallets, loading and unloading, and maintaining safe, efficient pick operations on regular shifts.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a clean driving record. Work is Monday through Friday with 40 hours weekly and benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pallets according to order pick handheld.
• Load / unload pallets of product.
• Maintain an average case count per hour set by management.
• Practice level picking while working throughout pick lanes.
• Report any damaged cases to assembly foreman and take to reclaim area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete daily end of shift cleaning assignments.

Job Description

• Assembly of pallets according to order pick handheld.
