PepsiCo is seeking warehouse workers in Wisconsin Rapids to handle pallet assembly for trucks. Responsibilities include driving forklifts, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and ensuring load accuracy.
The ideal candidate should be at least 18 years old with prior warehouse experience, especially with forklifts and pallet jacks. Offering $22.50/hour, shift hours are from Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
PBNA $22.50 / hour
SHIFT HOURS: Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Daily. Overtime and weekends may be required as needed.
Wages increase after successful completion of 90‑day probationary period.
This labor‑intensive position is responsible for hand‑building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Each type of loading requires strict attention to order accuracy for loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. The role works from an electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack.
The position is responsible for loading accuracy and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation. Must follow warehouse instructions in building loads, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and may be required to work under a wide variety of weather conditions. Shift duration depends on workload and may vary daily.
