Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations team member to handle, move, and store client records securely. You will perform physically demanding tasks and ensure safe, compliant operations throughout the shift.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, and English communication skills. Typical hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a background check and drug screening after an offer is made.

Qualifications

• Experience with a physical job that involves repetitive motions and mobility.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail to follow procedures and protect confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items for efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes up to 50 pounds on/off shelving and carts, using ladders as needed, and assisting with pallet wrapping for safe transport.
• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
