ILink Resources, Inc. is seeking a versatile Warehouse Specialist to join our Illinois operation. The role blends warehouse, logistics, and administrative duties, including picking/packing, shipping documentation, ERP data updates, and inventory handling.

The ideal candidate supports order fulfillment, maintains accurate records, and can operate a stand-up reach forklift. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and familiarity with shipping carriers are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, shipping administration, or order fulfillment.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Create shipping labels and shipping documentation using UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping platforms.
• Process shipping transactions and update ERP systems with accurate shipment and inventory data.
• Maintain shipping records, tracking information, and shipping Google spreadsheets.
• Support receiving activities and, over time, assist with reception and receiving administration.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.
• Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status, inventory availability, and order updates.
• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, stage, load, unload, and organize materials safely and efficiently.
• Assist with general warehouse organization and operational efficiency.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
