Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic math, clear communication skills and reliable attendance are required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; forklift training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and PO.
• Document discrepancies or damaged freight to management.
• Store, tag, and organize stock in racks, bins, and staging areas.
• Pull, verify, and stage products for installations and orders.
• Coordinate with front office for wholesale and will-call pickups.
• Load customer and field technician vehicles professionally.
• Maintain safe, clean aisles, racks, and outdoor yards.
• Keep grounds free of debris and ensure a safe work environment.
• Suggest workflow improvements to keep warehouse running smoothly.
