Job summary

The Overhead Door in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, organize, and track garage doors, openers, and hardware, while staging materials for installation teams and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities include documenting shipments, loading orders for wholesale pickups, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe, clean warehouse in line with OSHA standards. 1–2 years warehousing experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehousing experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred; training available if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of doors, openers, hardware, and related supplies.
• Pick and stage materials accurately for daily installation and service jobs.
• Prepare and load orders for wholesale pickups and scheduled deliveries.
• Maintain organized inventory and proper storage of doors, tracks, and components.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, stock audits, and warehouse organization.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with policies and OSHA standards.
• Communicate clearly with installers, technicians, office staff, and wholesale customers.
