• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics for leadership.
• Support process optimization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
• Collaborate with ops, logistics, and inventory teams to streamline workflows.
• Document processes and SOPs and support best-practice implementations.
• Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and labor utilization analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels, making recommendations to meet targets.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate data quality and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for management decisions.
