Qualifications

• Experience analyzing operational, warehouse, and distribution data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ability to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Experience supporting process optimization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
• Strong collaboration with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, warehouse, and distribution data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to solve problems and streamline workflows.
• Document processes, create standard operating procedures, and support implementation of best practices.
• Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and labor utilization analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels, providing recommendations to meet performance targets.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate data quality and ensure accuracy of operational reporting.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for management decision-making.
