Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Dock division on a Monday–Friday shift from 2:30 PM until task completion, with overtime as needed. Pay is $22.10 per hour and includes a shift differential.

The role supports inbound/outbound activities, order picking, packing, and shipment preparation within a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and possess basic experience

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for entire shift.
• Willingness to work overtime with little notice.
• Experience with RF scanners is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Use WMS to check in/out products and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report issues to supervision.
