BIC World in Charlotte, US is seeking a Warehouse Operator II (WH 2) for 1st shift to support distribution center operations. You will operate RF scanners and forklifts, load inbound shipments, and ensure accurate put-away and shipping preparation.

The role requires you to stand 8+ hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. A strong work ethic and teamwork mindset help you thrive in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

• Work requires moderate physical effort and manual dexterity.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that product is shipped out of the distribution center in a timely and effective manner.
• Stack pallets appropriately (straight, heavy at bottom, labels out).
• Lift product and place on pallets.
• Use material handling equipment, once trained, to safely move product to ship prep station, staging area, or onto outgoing truck.
• Process, wrap, and label pallets at ship prep station.
• Move items to correct location if product is sent down wrong chute or unreadable by scanner.
• Understand process if UPS labeling area (load loose items, continuous flow, special orders, and single cartons).

The Warehouse Operator II is responsible for operating all types of equipment – including, but not limited to, RF Scanners and Forklifts– for the purpose of performing various duties such as downloading inbound shipments, receiving shipments, downloading receiving related paperwork, communicating with corporate regarding schedule planning and inbound receiving issues, pallet pulling,and put away.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that product is shipped out of the distribution center ina timelyand effective manner

• Use material handling equipment, once trained, to safely remove product from SULB lanes to ship prep station, staging area, or onto outgoing truck
• Process, wrap, and label pallets at ship prep station
• Move items to correct location is product is sent down wrong chute or is unable to read by scanner
• Understand process if UPS labeling area (load loose items, continuous flow, special orders, and single cartons)
