Job summary

Koroseal Interior Products is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced facility. The position starts at $20/hr and requires attention to detail and physical stamina.

Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. You will load and unload products, scan and track orders, transport goods with forklifts or hand carts, and prepare items for storage and shipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to complete forklift training.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy is a plus.
• Must pass a physical, drug screening, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Load and unload products efficiently and safely.
• Scan, track, and manage incoming and outgoing orders.
• Transport goods within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand carts.
• Label, stack, shelve, and stage inventory for storage and shipment.
• Fulfill, package, and label orders with accuracy.
• Perform manual inventory counts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to management.
• Follow all warehouse SOPs and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet warehouse goals.

Position Overview
