• Strong math and inventory control knowledge.
• Proficient with MAPICS, Windows, Outlook, Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to work overtime and flexible schedule.

• Ability to use common sense and sound judgment.

Aufgaben

• Pass DOT HAZMAT training requirements.
• Receive all material into SAP: returns, raw materials, packaging.
• Facilitate raw materials for department productions.
• Distribute paperwork for timely releases.
• Ensure raw materials are sampled and stored per GMP/SOP and safety rules.
• Enter bin transfers and retrieve data from the computer system.
• Enter incoming material in the receiving Excel worksheet.
• Follow instructions, be a team player, and communicate well.
• Coordinate and prioritize work in supervisor's absence.
