Job summary

Kerry in Clark, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support dock operations by loading, unloading and moving freight safely. You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting across two buildings, with shifts from 200 PM to 1000 PM, and pay between $16 and $25 per hour.

You’ll verify documents, use RF scanners and SAP, rotate inventory, maintain GMP compliance, and keep the dock clean. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Basic computer and math skills; read, write, and speak English.
• Understanding of HazMat handling procedures (ideal but not required).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders, load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and on time.
• Verify shipping documents and freight details against bills of lading (BOL).
• Process SAP transactions using RF scanners.
• Inspect loads for accuracy, damage, and compliance - report issues.
• Move, stage, and rotate inventory to support production needs.
• Keep dock area clean, safe, and compliant with GMP.
• Support team with additional dock or housekeeping tasks as needed.
