Broan-NuTone LLC in Hartford, CT, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support storage, picking, and shipping of product. You will operate powered equipment, use RF scanners, and work with the WMS to track inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate powered equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Maintains acceptable attendance record.
• Performs all jobs within company safety guidelines.
• Uses WMS and RF Scanners.
• Displays attention to detail.
• Work from heights up to 40 feet.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PIV-equipment to place product and retrieve from designated storage area, picking orders as instructed.
• Ensure accurate cycle counts are completed.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Use RF Scanner to accurately record product movement within Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Consolidate product via palletization method.
• Move trailers within yard and between buildings.
• Performs housekeeping duties such as sweeping for a clean and orderly work area.
• Ensures all duties are performed to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Follow direction from management to meet departmental needs.
• Meet minimum required performance standards.
