Job summary

Strong candidates have a High School diploma, warehouse experience, and English literacy. Training is provided for equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts; weekend support and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in English with reading and writing preferred.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused and self-motivated.
• Overtime flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to accurately pick, perform quality checks, sort, pallet, pack and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects as needed.
• Receive large boxes, scan with RF scanner, and input product data.
• Operate and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work area per Environmental Health and Safety guidelines.
• Communicate with clients via email to address questions and concerns.
• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Support weekend operations and general KPI achievement.
