Job summary

Elite Staffing Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator/Production Operator in Lancaster, TX. The role supports the production schedule by gathering, distributing, and monitoring supplies, while performing quality audits and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You will relieve packers for breaks, complete paperwork neatly and on time, and assist in daily work assignments. Weekend coverage and overtime are required as needed.

Warehouse Operator/ Production Operator

This position is responsible for the assistance in maintaining the smooth operation of the department by gathering, distributing and monitoring supplies to support the production schedule. Through communication with the Supervisor and Operators the individual must perform quality audits, relieve packers for breaks and maintaining the work area clean to company SOP. This position is also responsible for assisting in the daily work assignments and paperwork. Abide all safety and housekeeping guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• To Always work with a safety 1st no compromise attitude.
• To maintain a safe and clean production area.
• To relive packers for breaks and lunches assuring everyone follows the allowed 10/20-minute times.
• To correctly finish paperwork neat and in the allotted time.
• To gather and distribute materials in assigned work cells.
• To process finished goods to warehouse utilizing motorized vehicle when necessary.
• To assist and train shift personnel on lines when necessary.
• Police as well as follow all company policy and procedures.
• To lead by example and help maintain pride of ownership and harmony among all employees.
• Overtime as required
• To perform any duty as deemed necessary by the supervisor / manager.
• Work weekends when required.
• To be able to cover for vacation for other employees

Requirements:
