We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Berlin, MD team. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products efficiently, while maintaining safety and accuracy in every step.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of operating warehouse equipment safely, and able to work as part of a team. Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
