Job summary

Roquette Laisa España SA in Institute, WV is seeking a Warehouse Operator to prepare finished products for packaging and drum shipments. You will manage inventory, shipping and receiving, and operate a forklift while supporting EH&S programs.

This full‑time role requires 2+ years in distribution/warehouse operations, knowledge of DOT requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Shifts are 6:30 AM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, with overtime possible; you must lift up to 50 lbs and work in

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
Knowledge of distribution/shipping DOT requirements.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

Conform to plant safety and environmental policies, and prioritize personal safety.
Work in and comply with cGMP guidelines.
Package, prepare, and load product for shipments as needed.
Assess shipment needs against production and coordinate with shipping.
Load/unload products and packaging material using a forklift.
Apply proper labeling and shipping documentation per DOT requirements.
Collaborate with teammates and communicate via multiple methods.
Participate in EH&S initiatives and implement improvements.
Maintain motivation, prioritize tasks, and support business needs.
