Job summary

Philips is hiring a Warehouse Operator to maintain forklift equipment and run stock processes with strict adherence to medical/regulatory standards. You will perform storage, picking, packing, and shipping using our WMS, while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

This role requires 2+ years of warehouse operator experience with a WMS in medical or highly regulated environments.
Ability to troubleshoot, document, report quality specs, operate and maintain equipment, and manage inventory.
High school diploma or vocational education is required.
Must meet physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements for shipping/ warehousing.

Responsibilities

Execute warehouse processes for storage: stock counts, verification, movements and corrections with emphasis on quality and patient safety.
Handle outbound picking, packing/labeling and shipping within the WMS/ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
Transport goods within the warehouse using forklift trucks while following safety protocols.
