Job summary

Philips International in Pennsylvania is seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle inbound shipments, perform forklift inspections, and ensure accurate storage and order fulfillment between New Kensington and Mount Pleasant. You will maintain WMS/ERP records and support safe, compliant operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, a forklift certification (stand up and double-rider), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience with a warehouse management system is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• Must have forklift equipment certification (stand up and double-rider) and an active license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments with focus on quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory activities: storage, cycle counts, stock verification, movements, and adjustments.
• Execute order fulfillment: picking, packing, labeling, and shipping with emphasis on accuracy and safety.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report issues to minimize disruptions.
• Travel between New Kensington and Mount Pleasant locations as required.
