USA Rare Earth is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations, receiving, material handling, inventory movement, and production readiness. You will work with production teams, logistics partners, and warehouse leadership to maintain accurate inventory and a safe workspace.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in warehouse or logistics, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with ERP/WMS inventory processes.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial production workflows preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes (receiving, cycle counts, stock rotation) preferred.
• Exposure to 5S and continuous improvement practices is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Move and store materials in designated warehouse locations according to inventory procedures.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments.
• Perform accurate data entry for inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and variance resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Conduct daily equipment and area inspections to ensure readiness and safety compliance.
• Follow all company safety policies, mandatory PPE requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support cross-functional tasks and provide assistance to production as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
