Clemens Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Operator 2 to accurately pick and prepare items from refrigerated and freezer zones using an electric rider pallet jack. You will build stable pallets and stage them for outbound shipments, with a focus on independence, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.

The role emphasizes safety, structured shifts, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, with ongoing training and accountability.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 80–100 lbs.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Preferred: prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack (lowboy) to pick orders by layer.
• Navigate refrigerated and freezer zones to fulfill orders.
• Accurately build and wrap pallets (wood or CHEP) for staging.
• Use touch screen scanner for picking and inventory tracking.
• Participate in daily stretching/team huddles at 5:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
• Assist in receiving and put‑away of new inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
