Job summary

Packer Fastener in Salt Lake City is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to handle receiving, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping. You will ensure accuracy and safety while supporting daily DC efficiency and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of operations experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and the willingness to learn warehouse software are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of operations experience.
• Must learn specific software to fulfill order fulfillment.
• Must prioritize safety and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Well-organized team player with ability to relate to employees at all levels.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workload and productivity of warehouse operations including Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Packing, and Shipping.
• Accurately fill customer orders following established processes.
• Assist in local deliveries when needed.
• Release and prioritize customer orders and determine special requirements.
• Aid in inventory restocking and shipping to ensure seamless DC processes.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow safety rules.
• Maintain accurate DC inventory quantity and quality while pulling products.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
