Qualifications

• Learns and follows basic warehouse processes and WMS.
• Able to work independently after training following written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability in a team setting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Forklift experience preferred or willing to be trained/certified if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary warehouse function, such as picking or packing orders.
• Accurately locate, select, verify, and handle products according to orders and WMS.
• Pack products according to standards and prepare orders for next fulfillment stage.
• Use handheld scanners, computers, printers, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Assist with replenishment, labeling, product movement, stocking, cleaning, and organization.
• Report damaged product, inventory discrepancies, or system errors to a supervisor.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team and supervisors and assist with other duties.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory verification, and routine inventory research.
