Job summary

BIC World in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Operator I for the 1st shift to efficiently pick orders, verify packaging, and maintain accurate inventory according to production standards. You will lift cartons, build balanced pallets, and label shipments while following RF parceling and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Willing to cross-train in other DC areas.
• Able to work in a moderate/fast-paced environment.
• Available for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Team-based work approach and attention to detail.
• Experience in production/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate, damage-free order selection per production standards.
• Verify slot, description, pack, and size of cases per RF.
• Lift cartons from conveyor and place on pallets per system.
• Build sturdy, balanced pallet loads for safe shipping.
• Verify wave number, pallet number, SKU and quantities.
• Sort and parcel packaging areas as directed.
• Create bundles and apply correct parcel shipping labels.
• Provide feedback on process improvements.
• Create and apply Hazardous Material documentation.
• Assist in SOP updates for process and quality.
• Stack empty pallets in return locations.
• Participate in inventories.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Process Direct-to-Consumer orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
