Job Summary
Salary Range: $17.50 to $20.50 Per Hour

The Warehouse Operator Level 1 is responsible for transporting materials between the warehouse and production areas, including palletized and non-palletized components, semi-finished, and finished goods.

Responsibilities include routine replenishment of production parts and supplies, responding to production requests, and assisting in other warehouse functions such as order picking and wrapping. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and collaborates with Warehouse Group Leaders, other operators, and departments.

Responsibilities

• Transport semi-finished and finished products to and from the warehouse and production areas.
• Move components from the warehouse to production and vice versa.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Complete ERP and MES inventory transactions using barcode scanners or computers.
• Assist with material movements within the warehouse, including put-away tasks.
• Transport supplies and equipment within the facility.
• Operate and maintain powered and manual equipment, reporting issues promptly.
• Complete all required training in a timely manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team within and outside the department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations with a calculator required.
