Deschutes Brewery is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operator! The Warehouse Operator is responsible for physically building mixed Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) pallets for shipments and accurately loading distributor trucks using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will aid in the receipt and storage of finished goods and raw materials coming into the warehouse from the production floor and outside vendors. All of these duties are performed in accordance with standard operating procedures while safely operating a forklift in a busy warehouse setting.
The anticipated schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:30am. Schedule may change based on business need.
The starting compensation wage for this role depends on your previous experience, skills and education/certifications. Base wages when joining this team start at $18.36/hour and increase based on previous warehouse and ERP experience you bring to the role. This position offers a career path up to $28.60/hour for our employees who successfully complete our training program and hold several years of experience in our warehouse. This position is also eligible for a shift differential of an additional $3.00/hour for time worked between 6:00pm - 6:00am. Average hourly starting pay with shift differential is $20.46 - $23.03. Additional opportunities for wage increases are also associated with cross-training, specialty licenses and promotional opportunities.
