Job summary

Commonwealth Building Materials, Inc. - Troy is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, inventory, and delivery setup. You will help prepare orders, load and unload trucks, and keep materials organized for pickup or delivery.

The role requires ability to operate a forklift, maintain safety standards, and work well with team members. Prior HS diploma and some experience are preferred, with overtime potential and benefits described in the company materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 1–3+ years experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and on a team; establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Self-motivate, take initiative, and drive results.
• Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance per company policy.
• Prepare and process orders; pull materials and stage for pickup or delivery; load/unload trucks.
• Maintain inventory controls and minimize damage; ensure order accuracy.
• Operate a forklift and maintain equipment to company standards.
