Job summary

Colonial Group is hiring for a Warehouse forklift position to support all zones of warehouse operations, including replenishment, put-away, and order selection. You will operate forklifts and other handling equipment, comply with safety rules, and work in varied temperature zones to move, store, and organize products.

The role requires reliability, the ability to multi-task, and strong communication. High School Diploma and basic paperwork skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Follow safety rules and guidelines.
• Knowledge of the food industry is helpful.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (cold or hot).
• Basic reading and spelling skills for paperwork.
• Solid interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Replenish pick locations in assigned area using KWCS data and forklift/power equipment.
• Move received product to the designated location within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, and mid-rider.
• Work across temperature zones from -10°F to over 100°F as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly area by removing debris and damaged cases.
• Lift 30–60 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
