DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our Indianapolis-area team. You will create, coordinate and complete shipments, work with off-site locations, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of goods to clients.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include daily shift activities, forklift operations, inventory verification, and collaboration with supervisors and freight teams to optimize service.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience.
• Basic math to verify inventory and orders.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• English preferred (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Performs daily warehouse activities during an assigned shift.
• Adheres to warehouse work instructions for receiving, labeling, storing, shipping and value add services.
• Meets objectives in performance, safety, quality and customer service.
• Coordinates with supervisor and freight teams to improve service.
• Unloads inbound shipments and moves products to correct destinations.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains a clean work area.
