Cambria is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Mobile, AL distribution center. You will stage and prepare slabs for shipping, load and unload trucks, and maintain an organized, safe inventory environment.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. You will operate forklifts and overhead cranes, verify orders, and work with colleagues across departments to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating overhead cranes, forklift with boom and gator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts & overhead cranes with precision and safety.
• Build and verify customer orders, ensuring slabs are correctly identified and loaded into delivery trucks.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, keeping inventory accurate and accessible.
• Conduct daily safety inspections on equipment and report issues.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers with products of varying size and weight.
• Inspect slabs for any material defects.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals.
