Nature's Bakery is hiring for a warehouse associate focused on operating power equipment to move and count merchandise, stock and stage items for shipment, and support production lines with packaging materials. The role requires basic math, reading orders, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include pallet building, accurate picking, scanning, inventory control, and safeguarding shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution environments.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Familiarity with inventory systems (RF scanners, WMS, ERP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds, secures and locates pallets for safe transport.
• Read purchase orders and sales orders to pick products accurately.
• Use handheld scanner or documents to locate products for customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and convey orders to designated areas.
• Inspect goods and handle damaged or defective items appropriately.
• Transport palletized goods to loading docks and staging areas.
• Perform daily inspections of powered industrial trucks and report issues.
