Sunlight Batteries USA is seeking a warehouse associate to support inventory management, material movement, shipping, receiving, and production activities. The role requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

You will receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and stage materials, ensure accurate labeling and documentation, and learn ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Familiarity with inventory control and shipping/receiving ops.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, or WMS preferred.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and inventory storage.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Verify product labels, packaging, inventory records, and shipping docs.
• Learn and use inventory management systems, ERP, or WMS.
• Operate material handling equipment safely or learn to do so.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and report quality issues.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams.
• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining efficiency.
• Remain dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
