Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. in Dixon, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound tasks, receive and scan goods, and process orders. You will operate material handling equipment and help ensure efficient product flow.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of related experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs, work overtime, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Training across areas and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 - 2 years related experience preferred
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred
• Ability to consistently lift 50 Ibs and stand for 8 hours or more
• Overtime with little to no advance notice
• Willingness to learn and rotate across warehouse areas
• Work at heights up to 25 feet
• Adherence to safety and PPE requirements and EHS policies
• Fast paced distribution environment experience

Responsibilities

• Cross-training in Inbound, ValueLink and Outbound
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan product and input data
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish
• Use voice to pick system to pick items and place on cart
• Palletize large items and wrap for shipment
• Pack small items in boxes
• Drive material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.)
• Assist in Outbound needs as necessary
