Nestlé in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Operator to move, store, and ship goods in a distribution center. This role is cross‑trained in multiple warehouse functions and emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and cost‑effective operations.

You will ensure accurate, on‑time delivery to customers and support inventory control. The position offers a base pay of $24.86/hr, with a 4th shift 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, and shift differentials ($1.00/hr 6–10 PM; $1.50/hr 10 PM–2 AM).

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months forklift/PIT experience.
• Experience with slip-sheet or reach trucks.

• Pick product in less‑than‑pallet quantities and assemble mixed pallets.
• Stack/unstack products; lift 35 lbs frequently and 65 lbs occasionally.
• Meet or exceed productivity and performance standards.
• Use written instructions to accurately pick and process orders.
• Prepare and complete customer orders and documentation.
• Operate computer terminals and barcode scanners.
• Conduct work safely to protect self and others.
• Support inventory control processes including cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Process damaged product and support recoup activities.
• Maintain reliable attendance; work overtime as required.

Position Summary

Available Shift & Differentials

• 4th Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
  varying shift diff - 6p to 10p ($1.00/hr) 10p to 2a ($1.50/hr)

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all company SOPs related to Safety, Quality, Operations, and People.
• Load, unload, stage, and store products using powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Pick product in less‑than‑pallet quantities and manually assemble mixed pallets.
• Stack/unstack products; lift 35 lbs frequently and 65 lbs occasionally.
• Meet or exceed productivity and performance standards.
• Use written instructions to accurately pick and process orders.
• Prepare and complete customer orders and documentation.
• Operate computer terminals and barcode scanners.
• Conduct work safely to protect self and others.
• Support inventory control processes including cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Process damaged product and support recoup activities.
• Maintain reliable attendance; work overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years general work experience
• 6+ months forklift/PIT experience

Working Environment

Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, noise, machinery, dust, and repetitive physical activity including walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.

Pay: $24.86 per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
