Job description

Warehouse Operator 3rd Shift
Germantown, WI
Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
$2000 Sign-On Bonus

As a Warehouse Operator, you will help keep the flow of merchandise moving from FCI vendors to FCI customers. You will pack and unpack merchandise and perform clerical tasks. The Warehouse Operator also keeps records of incoming and outgoing merchandise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare orders for shipping and match quantities to paperwork.
  2. Match lot numbers to paperwork and identify if product requires customer's item number.
  3. Wrap and prepare orders in which product will arrive at customer's business in good condition and schedule carrier pickup.
  4. Identify any damaged and/or mis-shipped product and follow defined procedures.
  5. Stock product in proper location.
  6. Order packaging supplies, skids, pallet pads, shrink wrap and protective corners.
  7. Log in the correct lot number and quantities, both in and out of building.
  8. Maintain water levels in the forklifts.
  9. Clean the warehouse and remove the garbage from the warehouse.

You Bring:

  1. High school degree or GED.
  2. Forklift and aerial lift certification and valid driver's license.
  3. Repetitive lifting of 50 to 80 pounds in the form of bags and six-gallon buckets.
  4. Exposure to a wet environment when washing equipment, requiring special clothing and proactive gear.
  5. Handling of hazardous cleaning chemicals.
  6. Exposure to loud noise levels in loading dock; hearing protection required.
  7. Ability to work unsupervised.
