Land O'Lakes Warehouse Operator - 3rd Shift

Position: Warehouse Operator - 3rd Shift

Pay: Starting at $24.75 per hour with increases after training, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Shift & Hours: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am; including weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

As a key member of our warehousing team, you will perform front-line processes to ensure successful delivery of final products. Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing warehouse areas. This role supports our Purina Animal Nutrition business, serving producers and animal owners across the U.S., innovating nutrition products for healthier, more productive animals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety processes and promote safety practices.
• Arrive on time, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
• Process work orders by selecting products, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging for delivery.
• Multi-task and meet warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Successful forklift certification required.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and respectful behavior.

Preferred Experience:

• Over 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Forklift experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry up to 60 pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and climbing.
• Perform duties with personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperature zones that may be hot or cold, with dust and chemicals present.
