Job Title: Warehouse Operator 3 (2nd Shift) at Bell & Evans

Job Summary: An Inventory Control Specialist’s purpose is to maintain an accurate inventory in BC for all products and materials, focusing on identifying discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Active warehouse participation and familiarity with the BC system are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; investigate recurring issues.
• Process purchase orders, production orders, transfer orders, and inventory adjustments in BC.
• Receive inbound products and materials.
• Understand product flow through production and BC inventory movements.
• Ensure proper bin-to-bin movements.
• Troubleshoot BC-related issues; contact IT support when needed.
• Process and document returns following procedures.
• Lead, guide, and train team members as needed.
• Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines set by OSHA, USDA, and SQF.
• Proactively address safety and quality concerns to ensure safe, quality products.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 3-6 months related experience/training, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals in English or Spanish.

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM; Saturday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM.
