Job summary

Agri-Mark, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift float position in West Springfield, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting production flows and maintaining compliance with GMPs and Food Safety regulations.

Warehouse Operator 2nd Shift float

Overview

Agri‑Mark is a dairy cooperative with more than 100 years of experience in farming, family, and agriculture. We are seeking a regular, full‑time Warehouse Operator to fill a float position during the 2nd shift, with occasional coverage on the 3rd shift based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the West Springfield plant by performing critical operations that promote efficient production flow and support incoming and outgoing product and materials.
• Maintain accurate record‑keeping in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Operate a forklift and participate in material handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to expert forklift experience is required; a valid forklift license or certification at an intermediate level is mandatory.

• Experience in the food industry is a plus.

• Competitive salary range of $27.02/hr to $29.08/hr plus shift differential.
