We are currently hiring for:

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Summary: The Warehouse Operator is responsible for operating machines and forklifts safely and cost-effectively according to company standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control
  • Documentation
  • Scanner Use: Scan-As-You-Go Processing
  • Operator Dumpers/Equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 6 months of similar experience required
  • Basic computer operational skills
  • Team player
  • Basic math skills
  • Safety, quality, and efficiency minded
  • Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including above head and below waist
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Work at line speed with coordinated hand and finger movements
  • Overtime and weekend work as needed
  • Experience in food manufacturing or processing a plus
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Must become certified on equipment including powered industrial truck or forklift if needed
  • Adapt quickly to changing demands
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical
