Job Description

As a Warehouse Operator, you will perform incoming receipt inspections, operate forklift equipment, handle picking and putaway, conduct cycle counts, adhere to safety policies and procedures, prepare inter-company transfers, and maintain a clean warehouse environment.

Your role:

1. Perform incoming receipt inspections
2. Operate forklift equipment
3. Pick and put away inventory while performing cycle counts
4. Adhere to safety policies and procedures
5. Prepare inter-company transfers

You're the right fit if:

1. You have a High School Diploma or equivalent
2. You have forklift experience and 2+ years in a warehouse/inventory environment (preferred)
3. Experience with electronic medical devices, modems, electronic testing devices, and simulators is a plus
4. Proficiency in Windows applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
5. You can meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for this role, with or without accommodations.

How we work together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based team members work in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are usually outside main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range in PA is $17.75 to $26.65, plus overtime. Actual pay depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors. Benefits include PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA, stock purchase, education reimbursement, and more. Details here.
