Job summary

Kerry's Norwich, NY facility is seeking a Warehouse Laborer to handle inventory, shipping, receiving and data entry, while ensuring safety and GMP/SOP compliance.

You will work with a team, maintain accurate records in SAP and Excel, and help coordinate material transfers. The role requires forklift certification and DOT Hazmat training, with 2–3 years warehousing experience and a competitive pay rate.

• Understanding of inventory control and material movement.
• Ability to learn MAPICS, Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Email.
• Clear and legible written communication.

• 2–3 years warehousing experience.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pass DOT HAZMAT training requirements.
• Maintain forklift certification.
• Receive all material into SAP and manage returns/materials.
• Facilitate raw materials for production.
• Distribute paperwork for timely release.
• Ensure raw materials are sampled and stored per GMP/SOP.
• Enter all incoming material in the receiving Excel worksheet.
• Be flexible with limited supervision and quick to think.
• Demonstrate leadership in safety.
• Coordinate and prioritize work in supervisor's absence.
• Check and perform inventory counts.
• Process order checking, labeling, shipping, and transfers.
