Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support our agronomy service center and warehouse operations. You will coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, assist with loading and packing, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace.

The role requires at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift is 1st, from 6:45am to 3:15pm, with the potential for overtime.

Warehouse Operator

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be a valued team member who will perform tasks essential to our Agronomy Service Center and warehouse operations: coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, pack and load product using a forklift, organize storage areas, assist with cycle counts, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Required Experience

• 6 plus months of manufacturing experience required
• Basic computer skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Age: 18 years or older

Physical Requirements For Production Positions Regularly Include

• Able to lift 50lbs
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present
• Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
